Return/ Refund Policy

What is the policy if the product arrives damaged?
Take pictures of the damaged/defaced area(s) and send them to info@metafour.co.ke. You will receive a full refund or we will send you a new product in case your product is damaged. Resends are bundled and delivered on Saturdays, both within Nairobi and the rest of the country. You will be provided with new shipping information immediately to the same email address.
What if I want to send my product back, but it is not damaged?
Printed artworks cannot be returned unless they get damaged during shipping or assisted mounting.
What is the next step in the return process?
You can send us an email to info@metafour.co.ke requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number to info@metafour.co.ke, we will refund your purchase.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund or new product?
We aim to send a replacement product within 7 days after the resend has been approved, the same goes for refunds.
How many days do I have to return something?
You have 10 days to return your product.
Who will pay for the return of the product?
You will have to pay for shipping of the product back to us.
